If you have any allergies or dietary requirements, please contact us directly before you place your order. We also recommend you read the advice and guidelines on this page before you order, so that you understand our allergen prevention policies.
We take customer safety very seriously. Stringent food hygiene processes and accurate information about what meals contain and how they are prepared are vital for people living with allergies who must be constantly vigilant about the food they eat.

Be sure to let us know about any allergens or dietary requirements you have. Our Front of House staff will do their best to find you dishes you can enjoy – and we can make some minor adjustments to meals to your needs. However, this won’t always be possible, and we can’t guarantee that any dish will be completely free from traces of any allergen as we use a wide range of different ingredients and equipment in a busy kitchen.
How we limit allergy risk
We have a strict policy of cleaning as we go – once an area has been used for preparing an allergen it is thoroughly cleaned before it is used again. This reduces the risk of cross contamination.
Separate equipment such as chopping boards is used for preparing allergens, and we store allergenic dishes separately in airtight containers.
Both our Front of House and Kitchen staff are trained on allergens and cross contamination. We will do our best to limit your risk, and to keep you informed on the allergens contained in our dishes.
